CLEAN OUTS

Every now and then – we need to have clean outs.

Of our personal spaces, clothes, shoes, random things around the house, food, our minds and bodies.

Everything needs some TLC sometimes and a sort through.

I recommend trying to do this once a month IF POSSIBLE and if not then definitely every 6-8weeks.

Having a clean out will help you feel and be more organised, de clutter your life and make room for better things. It will help you realise what you don’t need and what you do need. You may find things you can sell or donate. You may discover you are changing and those clothes or items no longer match your vibe.

Take the time to empty out your wardrobe, your fridge, your shoe stand, your cupboards, your makeup draw, your filing cabinet etc.. the list goes on.

Everything needs a clean out sometimes. Do not neglect doing this otherwise it makes the job much bigger and more tiresome when it needs to be done at the end of the year and then you can’t bring yourself to do it so it gets worse and worse!

Set time aside to do this once a month / every 6-8 weeks to support yourself and make your life easier.
