WHAT COULD I DO DIFFERENTLY / THINGS I NEED TO WORK ON IN 2024

What could you do differently?

1) I am a person who naturally struggles with being open in terms of my emotions and feelings about things and towards others. It is something I have worked on and i have come a long way – I am now much more open and confident in sharing my thoughts and feelings. However, there is still work to be done. So in 2024, I will be working on being more open.

2) I need to go on more walks and get out in nature. Since my dogs passing, I have struggled with not having a reason to go on a walk so not going and also with the fact that she is not there if I do go on a walk. It is something I need to tackle and start doing. So in 2024, I aim to go on at least 1 walk a week to start off with and I will build myself up to 3-4.

3) I need to learn that the weight of the world is not on my shoulders and stop acting like it is. Due to various past situations and challenges in my life – it has led me to the belief that I must do everything, for everyone, all the time and have everything organised constantly, look after everyone, get all the jobs done and so on or I am a failure and the world will collapse. Although I am aware that this is not factually true, it is ingrained in my brain and is a self belief. Therefore this year I will be working on tackling this belief and replacing it with better, more positive and productive thoughts and statements.

These are my 3 main things currently, however there are many more.

2024 will be a year of self improvement (kaizen) and productiveness.
