SPEAK TO SOMEONE, GO TO THERAPY, START A DIARY – FIND A METHOD OF TALKING THROUGH YOUR PROBLEMS THAT WORKS FOR YOU

WORK ON YOURSELF IN EVERY AREA TO IMPROVE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE WORK NEEDED

GET YOUR BOSY CHECKED OUT – GO TO THE RELEVANT APPOINTMENTS – SON’T WAIT UNTIL IT’S TOO LATE – TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE – SORT YOUR SHIT OUT AS SOON AS YOU CAN
