WHEN AM I MY HAPPIEST

When are you most happy?

There are so many things that bring me joy and happiness. The more grateful I am, the happier I am. When I look at the world through a lens of gratitude for what I have and what is in front of me, it is hard not to be happy.

There are things that make me happiest though – I think number 1 is a tie between playing and being with animals and laughing and joking with my family or seeing them happy. I’m sure many people also find that animals make them happy – there’s just something about them that makes them so special – they can’t talk to you, but it feels like they’re listening and they’re just so gorgeous and cute to look at.

Seeing friends and just laughing and being with them also makes me incredibly happy – it makes you forget any stresses and truly be in the moment with them and live.

Attaining new knowledge is also something that makes me incredibly happy – Ben I have put the work in and found out new information about something I am interested in or can use to help myself and others, that brings me joy.

Planning and being organised also brings me happiness – through the peace and quiet that it brings my brain.

Watching the sunset or sunrise is also one of my favourite things ever that brings me so much happiness. I just absolutely love the colours and differences in light and how different each sunset is.

Going on walks with beautiful scenery alone or with friends and family can also be very therapeutic and brings me a lot of happiness.

Something that used to scare me, but now excites me – trying new things also brings me happiness. Getting to fry something new and different and simply have the experience is something I find so interesting and is a great privilege to be able to do so.

In conclusion, I am most happy when I am living. When I am experiencing the wonders, events and experiences that life offers and brings. I am most happy when I feel ALIVE.
