The harder you love, the harder you hurt. And that is hard. It can suck. But the pain and hurt is so unbelievably worth it for the love that you can share with someone. Love is everything. Love is what we’re here for. Love keeps us alive. Love is what makes us alive. Love is beautiful.

It can be so hard to love, to express your love and find love in some cases, but as Hugh grant says so beautifully in Love Actually – ‘if you look for it, I have a sneaky feeling you’ll find that love actually is all around’ (I think I got that right). Love truly is everywhere and with everyone. All you have to do is feel it.

I take some inspiration from Pamela Anderson when I’m thinking about love. I watched her documentary on Netflix and found her view on it so beautiful and eye opening. Essentially, she believes that you should simply love as much as you possibly can and experience it as much as you can. There are a lot of conventions and stereotypes about how we should love, how many people we should love, who we should love etc. Pamela says fuck all of that – I’ll love whoever I want, however I want, whenever the love comes.

Accept love. Give love. Feel love. Be love. Want love. Make love.

Love is everything.
