Save up some money and go and explore somewhere!!

Before u have a go at me about not having the money or the time – hold up. 1) you can definitely find the time to go and explore a part of the world you have never been to or even have been to but it brings you joy so go back and 2) holidays don’t always have to be expensive – you can find very cheap ones on various websites and by saving a little each month from your pay check I’m pretty confident the majority of you could afford to go away at least for a few days – even a day if that’s all you can afford!

My main message today is that during your lifetime you should find the time to go somewhere different, explore somewhere new, try new food, fall in love with a view, feel the warmth of the sea in a different country, see a new animal.

Exploring and finding out about news things can stimulate our brain and produce new ideas, it can bring us new perspective on the world and our outlook on life. It can bring us newfound joy and lead us to meet new people. It can help us to find out things we never knew about ourselves.

Now this is coming from someone who really hasn’t travelled very far in her lifetime due to my childhood not making that possible for me. However, I have started trying to do so more recently and have made a promise to my self to go to new places and try new things. This is yet another thing that will help you push out of your comfort zone – because that is when we grow!

Don’t just go on holiday to escape your life – go on holiday to be influenced, to enjoy, to laugh, to meet new people, to learn new things, to try new food, see beautiful sights and views, participate in amazing experiences. Make the most of your holiday bitch! You are so blessed to be able to go on holiday – so don’t waste it! Take every experience as it comes and immerse yourself in it.
