TRANSFORM YOUR ‘WHY I CANT’S’ INTO ‘WHYS’

That sentence may look slightly confusing to begin with – do not worry I shall explain!

Every single person has been through experiences, challenges and hard ships that have shaped their ideas about themselves and the world around them. These experiences can very often become the things that hold us back – the reasons why we believe we CAN’T do something. You must make a switch. You must make the choice to make those experiences the reason why you CAN instead.

Now of course this is easier said than done BUT it can be done.

This can be applied to anything – your parents divorcing, a parent being ill, a parent not loving you, an accident, a family member dying, someone telling you you weren’t worthy, a break up, a friends falling out etc. All of these things could be the reason you decide that you cannot do something OR they could be the reason you decide you CAN or will do something. It’s your choice at the end of the day because it is your life and only you can decide what you can and can’t do.

Whether you believe you can or you can’t, it with be true. I can’t remember who first said this but it is the truth.

YOU and ONLY YOU can make the decision to switch.

Example 1:

I can’t write that essay because I’m not as good or talented as (said person) so there’s no point me trying.

>>>>>>

I CAN and I will write that essay because I am not comparing myself to anyone but me and I can write a better essay than I did last time because I am going to put the effort in.

Example 2:

I have been through so many hardships and no one else seems to. I don’t deserve this.

>>>>>

I have been through some tough things, but I have made it through each thing and I have learnt a new lesson each time. I can help others who are going through similar things because I already have the knowledge and strength to do so.

YOU CAN.

You just have to choose to.
