
Your body is your vessel. You should be protecting and nurturing your vessel. Do not take it for granted. Your body is constantly working to heal you, protect you, save you and we have a habit of making its job harder – especially within our society today.
What you put into your body matters.
It is so hard to put the right things into your body nowadays 1) because there is so much shit and junk around and 2) because people do not have the knowledge to know what they should be putting in their bodies. HOWEVER, it is possible.
I would recommend doing some of your own research – using university studies and information, podcasts or YouTube videos with doctors and scientists or nutritionists – people who have been studying the human body and what it needs for years.
You may be shocked and overwhelmed initially but JUST CHILL before you get all worked up. It may seem like a lot but I promise that it is doable and it is a process. The main thing is finding something that works for you within the information you find.
Through your food, you can heal the outside from the inside.
I have attained much knowledge on this subject through my own research and experiences but I AM NOT A SPECIALIST so that is all I can say for now. But please go out and there and do your research.
