BUY YOURSELF SOME FLOWERS

I don’t care if they’re £20, £7 or £2 – go and buy yourself some flowers. Find out what flowers tickle your fancy, what is your favourite shaped flower, your favourite colour, what colour mixes do you like and not like? Find out what YOU LIKE. I guarantee seeing some flowers around your house or room or whatever space you are in will brighten your day just that tiny bit more.

For me, having flowers around reminds me of the beautiful world we live in and the amazing wonders than can grow and blossom if they are given time, the right environment and some luvin! We are all flowers bro.

If you want a flower to grow, you need to put it in the right conditions, help and nurture it, feed it goodness and you need to give it time to bloom! YOU ARE BLOOMING. You are a beautiful blooming flower.

BUT – you will only bloom if you cultivate a helpful, nurturing environment around you and feed your head and your body with goodness and knowledge. I think you get the point I’m making but I’m going to be SUPER CLEAR SO THERE ARE NO EXCUSES.

Environment:

  • Your personal space – your room, apartment, shared accommodation, house, flat, hotel, hostel ETC. How you treat your space is a reflection of how you treat your mind – do not neglect your space or your mind will suffer the consequences.
  • Your influences – who you spend your time with, how those people make you feel, what you discuss with those people, what you do with those people. Do they motivate you? Do they encourage you? Do they show appreciation for you? This can be a tough topic to think about but it’s something that needs to be done. Surround yourself with people and influences that will help you to bloom.

Goodness

  • Your mind – knowledge is power. Learn as much as you humanly possibly can. Never stop learning. Remain curious and enjoy the process of attaining new information – whether it’s about cats, neurosurgery or space – LEARN.
  • Your mind – be kind to your mind. Do not be a bad friend to yourself. Be the kind of friend to yourself that you long for. A friend who is caring, loving, appreciative, supportive, honest and kind.
  • Your body – fix the internal to heal the external. Eat good food and move your body. Healing inside can have massive impacts on the outside – hair, skin etc. Exercising and fuelling our body with the right nutrients will undoubtedly help us to bloom further and grow into the most beautiful flowers you can imagine.

So…

GO AND BUY SOME MOTHERFUCKING FLOWERS AND REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE BLOOMING.
